Covid-19: sail with confidence!
In order to protect clients who want to book their charter for summer 2022, all booking confirmed till 30/09/2022 will have the following conditions:
30% advance payment at confirmation;
70 % balance to be paid 30 days before departure;
For all other bookings: if travel restrictions and the overall situation are still uncertain at the time of the deadline for payment, new balance terms will be stipulated in agreement with the client.
If the charter must be cancelled due to the health restrictions imposed by Covid-19, we will follow the actual law of tourism:
we will issue a voucher for the amount already paid, to reschedule a new charter on the entire Aladar Sail fleet;
OR
we will refund the client for the amount already paid.
If a client wishes to resign from the charter based on personal matters, unrelated to the current international medical situation and the resulting travel restrictions, he will receive no refund.
